10% Price Beat Offer Terms

Budget Windows and Doors will beat a qualifying competitor’s written quote by 10%, subject to the following terms:

‍Written quote required. Customers must provide a complete, dated and itemized quote issued within the previous 30 days that remains valid and available for acceptance. It must identify the competitor, customer, installation address, products, installation scope and total price. Verbal estimates, advertisements and incomplete or altered quotes do not qualify.

‍Equivalent products. The quote must include the same manufacturer, product series, quantities, dimensions, frame materials, glass specifications, energy ratings, colours, finishes, hardware and accessories. Product and installation warranty coverage must also be equivalent. Products must be new and available for Budget Windows and Doors to supply.

‍Equivalent installation. The quote must cover the same property and installation method, including full-frame replacement versus retrofit, removal, disposal, insulation, sealing, flashing, trim, finishing, delivery and required permits. Supply-only quotes do not qualify against supply-and-install pricing.

‍Eligible competitor. The quote must come from an established, independent window and door business serving the installation address, with applicable licences and insurance, that can supply and complete the quoted work. Private sales and quotes from businesses affiliated with the customer do not qualify.

‍Discount calculation. Budget Windows and Doors’ price will equal 90% of the qualifying competitor’s total price before sales tax, including all mandatory charges for equivalent products and installation. A qualifying $10,000 quote therefore results in a price of $9,000 plus applicable tax. The offer applies to the complete qualifying project; quotes from multiple competitors cannot be combined.

‍Exclusions. Clearance, liquidation, discontinued, damaged, used and display products are excluded, along with pricing errors and prices conditional on financing, trade-ins, memberships or bundled purchases outside the quoted project. Government rebates are excluded from the comparison. This offer cannot be combined with other Budget Windows and Doors discounts or promotions.

‍Verification and assessment. Eligibility is subject to verification of the quote, product specifications and installation requirements, including a site assessment where necessary. Budget Windows and Doors may request supporting information or the customer’s permission to confirm details with the issuing business. Quotes that cannot reasonably be verified do not qualify.

‍Claim before purchase. The complete competitor quote must be submitted before signing an agreement with Budget Windows and Doors or paying a deposit. It does not apply retroactively to existing orders or completed work.

‍Changes and additional work. The price beat applies only to the verified scope. Customer-requested upgrades, quantity changes and additional work arising from concealed damage or conditions outside that scope will be priced separately and require written customer approval before proceeding.

Right to decline the offer or refuse service. Budget Windows and Doors reserves the right to decline to apply this promotional offer and to refuse service before entering into a contract, subject to applicable law. This clause does not permit cancellation of an accepted contract or limit statutory consumer rights.
